Is there a minimum number of views before an edit earns?

A per-view campaign can set a minimum: an edit under it earns nothing but is not rejected, and once past it earns on all its views. A flat-rate campaign can set one too, and so can your rate offer. An edit needs the highest view minimum that applies: your rate's, the campaign's, or one the team set for you on that campaign. Your rate for the edit is earned once it gets there, and if the campaign is settled with the edit still under it, that rate is not earned.
