Does my edit have to use the exact campaign sound?

Yes. When TikTok tells us which sound your post uses, we compare it with the campaign's as you submit and a different one is refused. When it does not, a person checks the sound at review and an edit on the wrong one is rejected there. A slowed, sped-up or re-uploaded copy is a different sound.
