How is my rate set?
You connect your TikTok and name the price you want for each approved video, on your rate page. The team reviews every ask against your account and answers in one of three ways: it accepts your price, answers with an offer of its own, or declines. To review it, we take one reading of your connected TikTok account: your profile statistics (followers, likes and video count) and the view counts on your last 20 posts, stored with your ask. While your TikTok stays connected we take the same reading about once a week, through TikTok's own API, so suggested rates follow how your videos do now; disconnecting stops it. We never show you our own number in advance, so ask for what your edits are worth. You can answer an offer with Ask for a different rate. You get up to 3 asks in a round, and withdrawing an ask still uses one. An ask nobody has answered expires after 14 days, and if the team declines an ask you can ask again after 14 days. One campaign can set its own price for you, and the brief shows the one that applies. A new rate applies only to edits you submit after accepting it; an edit keeps the rate it was submitted at. Rates are private to you and the team. Your current rate is shown on your rate page.
