How do I withdraw?

Withdrawals are not open yet, so there is nothing to request from your Balance page. Your earnings continue to accrue, and a PayPal address saved in Settings is all your account needs when withdrawals open. The minimum will be $20, and transfers are sent by hand rather than automatically.
